You are responsible for all transactions initiated under your account.
You may not use our services for:
Fraudulent or deceptive practices
Illegal transactions (e.g., gambling, money laundering)
Selling prohibited items (weapons, narcotics, etc.)
We reserve the right to terminate accounts found in violation.
Service fees will be clearly communicated before onboarding. Settlement timelines and charges may vary depending on the payment method.
You are responsible for any bank charges, taxes, or legal obligations arising from your transactions.
Your data is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share personal or financial data without consent, unless required by law.
Loss of profits or business
Downtime or transaction failure due to third-party networks
Unauthorized access to your account due to negligence
Our liability is limited to the amount of service fees paid in the last 3 months.
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
You violate these Terms
Your business poses a risk to our system or partners
You provide false or misleading information
You may request termination of your account at any time by emailing us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any legal dispute will be handled by the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
